Brian Breiter is one of 3 Brians in the cast. He is known as the "Awesome" one. Brian has been performing improvisation since he was a wee lad. A member of the ACME Theatre Company since 2000, he has performed in over 10 million shows. Brian is a foundling member of the Liquid Radio Players, the Completely Improvised 1940's show, http://www.liquidradioplayers.com/that was voted Top 5 comedy shows in Los Angeles. Brian Giovanni began his improv escapades with the collegiate troupe Burpee’s Seedy Theatrical Company. Following that, he has appeared in several main stage shows with ACME Comedy Theatre and beyond, including the original Camenot, Hollywood Dream Role, and Politico!, the improvised rock opera. He has also performed with the Liquid Radio Players, and is currently the creator and director of Murder by Murder – the improvised murder mystery, seen regularly at ACME Comedy Noho. He has done music scoring for a variety of works, including the popular Inspector Spacetime web-series, and the award-winning PBS documentary Survey on Cyprus. In his spare time, Brian enjoys animation, playing bluegrass banjo, and reading other cast members’ bios.
Beth Leckbee is soo excited to be a part of Camenot again with her talented and wonderful friends. Beth is a graduate of Texas State University where she achieved an ever lucrative BFA degree. Beth has performed on the stages of Austin, New York and LA. Beth has also been a part of several musical improv groups such as Hit and Run and Dorkapella. Beth is currently a member of the improve group “Cliffhangers” and she is pleased as punch to be teaming up with her fellow Acme Alumni for this show. Beth would like to thank her family and friends for putting up with her and loving her just the way she is. And lastly she would like to thank her husband Steve for his endless love and "Makler Mystique".
Kimberly Lewis has been performing improv for nearly 25 years, and writing and performing sketch comedy for 20+ years. She has also taught and directed improv and sketch for many years at many different places. She most recently directed the sold-out variety show, Feliz Navi-Diva, at the Cavern Club Theatre, and also performed there in the original autobiographical comedy, My Awkward Years. Other local acting credits include Twentieth Century at Sierra Madre Playhouse (Scenie Award – Outstanding Performance by a Featured Actress—Comedy), The Prisoner of Second Avenue (Grove Theatre Center), and the original rock musical The Possession of Mrs. Jones (three Ovation nominations). Jonathan Green is an award-winning composer with credits in film, television, live theater, records, radio, theme parks, etc. He has composed a wide variety of music for the Universal Studios Theme Parks in Florida, Hollywood, and Japan as well as Coca Cola, Nickelodeon, Animal Planet, Disney, and Dreamworks Animation. Jonathan began composing at the age of 9 with his first piece, Rhapsody in G Major. After years of study in classical music, Jonathan began composing and performing music for various rock bands, working the club scene while developing his craft by studying harmony, composition, and counterpoint. In 1990, he moved to Los Angeles where he studied jazz and orchestral composition as well as film scoring at the renowned Grove School of Music. During his studies at Grove, Jonathan became the music director for the ACME Comedy Theater, one of the premiere sketch comedy theaters in the United States. Jonathan began composing for television with the hit Dreamworks show, Toonsylvania. He then moved to Universal Studios, composing over 50 different pieces of music for the Universal Studios theme parks. Several film scores followed including Brown Eyed Girl, Malibu Eyes, Heat Chamber, and Finding Lee Mullican. His most recent credits include scoring the film Last Stop, starring Brian Austin Green and Mena Suvari. In addition, his Christmas song, “You’ll Always Be With Me For Christmas,” was recently released on Walt Disney Records. His work at the ACME Comedy Theater enabled him to work with some of the biggest names in show business, including Jimmy Kimmel, Steve Carell, Jason Alexander, Gary Marshall, Jack Black, Andy Dick, Wayne Brady, Adam Carolla, and Drew Carey with whom Jonathan traveled through Europe providing entertainment for the brave men and women stationed in bases such as Bosnia and Kosovo.
Joseph Limbaugh is a native Oregonian of French, German and Scottish ancestry transplanted from Portland to Orlando to Georgia to Los Angeles. His credits include the television shows Scrubs, That 70's Show, Yes Dear, Curb Your Enthusiasm, iCarly, Desperate Housewives, Rules of Engagement, and lots of other stuff. He is one of the original founders of Dad's Garage Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, and was the Improv Director there until 1999. Currently he is the Head Writer and Improv Director at the ACME Comedy Theatre and teaches sketch and improvisational comedy. He is writing a series of songs based on the elements of the periodic table, codes video games as a hobby, and has a cat named Bowie.
Brian Lohmann began improvising professionally at age 17 in the nightclubs of San Francisco’s North Beach. He was founder and artistic director of the award-winning Pulp Playhouse, at the Eureka Theatre in the 1980’s and was a co-founder of Bay Area Theatresports (BATS.) He performed Off-Broadway in Improbable Theatre’s Lifegame and hosted the television version for TNN. Regional theaters credits include The Old Globe Theatre, The Magic Theatre, and A.C.T. Television and film appearances include American Body Shop, World Cup Comedy, Ask Rita, Jack and He Was a Quiet Man with William H. Macy, Thanks, with Rita Rudner and fellow Impro members Edi, Dan and Lisa.
Brian taught for the American Conservatory Theatre MFA program from 1988 –1995. Other teaching includes The Old Globe/University of San Diego; the Guthrie Theatre/University of Minnesota BFA Acting program; Dell Arte; The Victoria College of the Arts in Melbourne; Pepperdine, Stanford and San Francisco State Universities; the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, The Shakespeare Lab at the Public Theatre, NYU’s Steinhardt School and as a workshop instructor in Germany and the UK. He was the Theatre Games consultant for Francis Ford Coppola on Bram Stoker’s Dracula where he worked with Gary Oldman, Sir Anthony Hopkins and Tom Waits and a dialogue coach on Mr. Coppola’s 1996 feature Jack, with Robin Williams, Diane Lane and Bill Cosby. Brian teaches personal presentation skills for the private sector and was program director for public persona development in SEIU’s “Institute for Change” from 2003-2010. He is currently on the faculty of the BOLD institute in Washington DC and teaches for Impro Theatre.
Directing credits include, Dickens UnScripted at the Broad Stage, Tennessee Williams UnScripted, LA Noir UnScripted and Shakespeare UnScripted (co-director.) He also directed A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Eat and Run and The Regifters for The Ukiah Players Theater. Amanda Troop
A lover of all things medieval (before it was cool), Amanda Troop is thrilled to play in “Camenot!” She’s performed at the Odyssey, the Theater @ Boston Court, REDCAT in collaboration with CTG, The Walt Disney Concert Hall, Fountain Theater, Husdon Backstage, The Blank Theater Company, Ensemble Studio Theater, and Project 601 at the Mark Taper Annex. She served as president and was a long-time member of Interact Theatre Company. Amanda is a member of the improv troupe, The Society. Film and TV credits include: Bones, CSI, Wilfred (recurring), BAMF Girls Club (series regular), Childrens Hospital, Well Traveled (pilot), General Hospital, and An American Vampire in America. Along with her work in TV and film, Amanda’s been in dozens of national ad campaigns and commercials including Vonage, Walmart, Chevrolet, Apple, Allstate and many more. Amanda’s love of animation and books on tape led her to the world of voice over. Her voice can be heard on TV and radio shows, in films, video games, and in TV and radio commercials.
